1. Purpose of This Website
This website is provided to help customers conveniently order pizza, sides, beverages, and related menu items online. It is intended for informational and ordering purposes only.
All preparation times, pickup times, and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to high‑volume rush periods, oven capacity and cook times, large or complex orders, traffic and road conditions, weather, staffing levels, ingredient availability, technical issues, and other operational factors.
The restaurant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order for any reason.
2. Food Allergies, Sensitivities, and Dietary Restrictions
Pizza kitchens commonly handle ingredients that may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts, fish and shellfish (e.g., anchovies).
Because pizza shops operate with shared ovens, prep surfaces, utensils, and equipment, cross‑contact is unavoidable.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must call the restaurant and speak with a manager before placing an online order. The restaurant does not guarantee that any item is free from allergens, gluten, cross‑contact, or cross‑contamination.

3. Delivery Policy
Delivery may be available within the restaurant’s designated delivery area. Delivery may be completed by restaurant employees, independent delivery drivers, or third‑party delivery services. Only the information necessary to complete the delivery will be shared with the driver or service.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, driver availability, distance, and kitchen capacity. The restaurant is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, correct contact information, be available to receive the order, provide gate codes or access instructions, and ensure a safe delivery environment. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error, no refund will be issued.
Once delivered, customers are responsible for promptly receiving the order, ensuring food is stored safely, and consuming food within safe timeframes. The restaurant is not responsible for food left outside or unattended.
4. Pickup Policy
Pickup is available during normal business hours. Pickup times shown on the website are estimates only. Customers must arrive at the estimated pickup time, provide their name or order number, and verify the accuracy of their order before leaving. Once the order leaves the restaurant, the customer assumes responsibility for food safety, transport conditions, and temperature control.
If an order is not picked up within a reasonable time, the restaurant may dispose of the food for safety reasons. No refund will be issued for unclaimed orders.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting it. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to the kitchen. Because pizza preparation begins quickly, changes may not be possible once preparation has started.
Cancellations before preparation begins may be allowed at the restaurant’s discretion. After preparation begins, cancellations are generally not permitted.
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at the restaurant’s sole discretion for incorrect items received, missing items, quality concerns, or excessive delays caused by the restaurant. Refunds will not be issued for customer ordering mistakes, change of mind, incorrect address provided, failure to pick up an order, failure to be available for delivery, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or third‑party delivery services.
6. Online Payments
Online payments may be processed by third‑party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI‑compliant providers. The restaurant and website do not store your full credit card number. Payment processors may store or process your payment information according to their own privacy policies.
